На Вінниччині 18-річна дівчина вчинила наругу над Державним Прапором
У селі Оленівка Вороновицької громади Вінницького району п’яна дівчина зняла з адмінбудівлі прапор і написала на ньому нецензурні слова. Про це повідомляє пресслужба поліції Вінниччини.
Повідомлення про правопорушення надійшло до поліції від старости села. З’ясувалося, що 18-річна дівчина в такий спосіб хотіла допекти працівниці місцевого старостату, з якою має неприязні стосунки.
Поліція розпочала кримінальне провадження за ч. 1. ст. 338 ККУ (наруга над державними символами). За таке правопорушення передбачено покарання до трьох років позбавлення волі.
