Пішов з життя відомий вінницький ювелір Роман Ларін – власник фірми “Діамант”.
Крім успішної підприємницької діяльності, Роман Ларін відомий і як меценат. Саме він після Помаранчевої революції профінансував створення і встановлення в центрі Вінниці скульптурної композиції “Пісня”, відомої в народі ще я “Дівчина на кулі”.
Роман Ларін був депутатом обласної ради одного з попередніх скликань.
